For Sale
- We do not currently have
any stock for sale. We will
have does in milk and kids
for sale beginning in April.

- Right now we have young
boars available.
- We have a new litter.
- Currently we have a waiting
list for pigs.
- Rabbits
- Contact us if your are
interested in Flemish Giant
rabbits.
- We keep pedigrees on all
of our rabbits.
- We sell our rabbits for
$15-$30.
- Sheep

interested in Shetlands.
- We begin Lambing seasion
in March 2008.

Terms
of Sale
We
care about our animals and want
to help you find the best animals
for your needs. Therefore, we
will need to know what you are
looking for and the environment
you will provide before matching
you with an animal.
Purchase
of an animal implies agreement
to the following terms:
- $50 deposit will be required
for any reserved caprines, ovines
and/or porcines.
- Transportation is the responsibility
of the buyer, thought we will
be happy to help when possible.
Therefore, pickup must be arranged
upon stated desire of purchase.
- A delay in pickup of over
2 weeks without contacting
us will result in $1 a day
boarding fee for weaned
or adult stock and $2 a
day for bottle babies. If
animal is not picked up
in 30 days it will be offered
for sale and buyer forfeits
any deposits.
- Please be advised that
there will be no refunds
on canceled orders.
- We reserve the right
to retain any animal as
we see fit. In that event
your deposit will be returned
or credited to a second
choice.
- Payment should be in "guaranteed
funds": cash, money order
etc. unless prior arrangements
are made before pickup.
- Said animal is guaranteed
in good health upon leaving
our farm. Because of circumstances
beyond our control once an animal
has left our farm, all liabilities
& responsibilities for the
animal immediately transfer
to the Buyer.
- We care very much about our
animals, and are discerning
about who we sell them to. We
reserve the right to not sell
our animals to any potential
buyer.
- Caprines or Ovines are social
animals and will not do well
alone. Therefore we reserve
the right to refuse sale to
anyone who does not own other
caprines or ovines, respectively.
In that instance, at least 2
animals must be purchased for
sale to occur.
